All the sorting, packing, and unpacking associated with a move can be overwhelming.

 

One approach is to just randomly toss things into boxes, then spend about 6 months living out of boxes before piling them half full into the garage. 

 

With a professional though, moving can be a great time for Organizing and Decluttering.
